We just anted to drop you a note to say “Thank you so much!!!” Our Florida Room is just beautiful. You designed it perfectly to coordinate with our new hot tub, and it literally has changed our lives. We spend so much of our free time enjoying that part of our home...but that is just part of it.

We considered moving because of the fear of what we would have to go through with the construction process. However, our son was so upset with that prospect we decided to give a contractor another try. I have to say that you are the direct opposite of every other contractor we have ever worked with.

Myth No. 1: “Contractors are undependable” – you were always there when you said you would be there, for as long as you said you would be there, and longer if need be.

Myth No. 2: “Contractors are so expensive” – your price was very fair. We got back every penny spent in appraisal value on our home – it virtually cost us nothing that we won't get back when we move (we may never do that now).

Myth No. 3 “Contractors can’t be trusted” – you are a man of your word – no fluff – just the truth (what a refreshing quality). You worked with us to make all of our (sometimes difficult) choices come to be, if it was possible – and told us so if it were not possible or recommended.

Thanks for defying all the “Contractor Myths” for us. We have and will continue to recommend you to anyone who is considering remodeling their home – it may just be better than moving. Being in the “home selling” business, we know!!!
